How embarrassing! The pitching in the first 5 innings REALLY let the team down. It can't get any worse, but I think most of that had to do with the long break before the game - everyone was out of sink. They're not done yet. Hopefully, they win this next game and win 2 of 3 in Colorado.
It really was pretty bad! I had a bad feeling when I read how all the young guys were standing in awe in front of the "green monster." Oh well - - -after all, it WAS Beckett. Hopefully, game 2 will give them a wake-up call.
So is this how you plan on bloggin now? I guess a picture with two words is better than nothing. That's the bad thing about telling everyone who your team is before the game, now everyone is talking smack to me at school. Tonight is huge, they won't have a dh in Colorado so if they can win tonight, David Ortiz probably won't be in the lineup for 3 games. This is supposed to be Schilling's big farewell game in Boston, let's make him cry.
I agree with Paul. Joel, this is a pretty lame attempt at blogging. A picture and two words!? Your last one was 2 sentences. Come on! I'm lucky I even knew you posted.
Good goin', Joel! I do love reading your blog, and Paul probably in a position to give you a hard time. Glen - - -not so much; I think he leaves it to Kendi!

That was embarrassing. Hopefully they'll pull together.
